I’m 38 and at this age you really start to narrow in on what you want the second half of your life to look like. You will become a lot more cautious when making decisions especially with females. It’s all about knowing your value. That’s what I preach on my channel.

So, to make a long story short, I ALWAYS thought that as a man, you would be more mysterious, desired, and in some ways, a rarity, if only a select few women has access to him; which also means that if his body count is low, it is also rare because although that kind of man can get ANY women, because he carries himself with morals and principals and has discipline, that he would be wanted more because of that. @@khennimahmud4006 agreed, I would also add that a 40-50 year old man who keeps in good shape, manages his image, hygiene, and is well off financially can attract a young attractive 18 to 23 females (not all, about 1/3). As Kevin states, you must also be a savage in the bedroom and your game should be on point. The experience you accumulate will naturally make you more charismatic, confident, intelligent, and assertive man. Such a man must keep a healthy lifestyle, be well manicured, and eat healthy, go to the gym, etc. I can say that at 48 my physique is better then it was at half my age but it requires discipline to maintain. Its also more of a mindset, if you think like an old man you will look, act, walk, like an old man. It has more to do with the spirit that animates your body, energy, etc. This might be a good topic for a future podcast.
