I finally got my grandson after a year of fighting the establishment, the judge was lovely. The day after I was in court I felt terrible headache,I just wanted to sleep it was horrible, my daughter made me a really sweet drink and gave me some chocolate I don’t usually eat sweet things and normally I would never drink such a sweet drink but aft I had that I felt so much better. I was in shock and the relief that it was all over was obviously overwhelming.

It's so funny that you said' "they knew it was coming and didn't warn you." It's been for the best, but last month the firm that owns the company I worked for suddenly shut down the company by filing for Chapter 7, and in doing so committed a massive WARN Act violation. So now I'm signed onto a class-action lawsuit around that, where the firm will probably have to pay us all severance since they did not warn us. :D It's just so funny that you used those words! But yes, it's for the best. :D
