Hey Shweta , wanted to know if companies from these specialization have shortlisting criteria of UG percentage during final placements. I know that low UG percentage will hinder the chances of getting shortlisted by some companies in summer placement, but is it the same during final placements?

Please make a video on actual Call cutoff of IIMs and other top colleges. A lot videos are their on youtube about Cut offs but they only mention eligibility cutoff which is nowhere near reality. If you can make a video on category wise last percentile at which IIMs took in students it would be really helpful!

I have a small point to make, though you mention HR in you thumbnail..there was literally no discussion about it after you mention how less the offers are. So it kinda didn't help someone like me who wants to specialise in HR and was looking forward to know what the earning potential in this field is. There are institutions that give specialised hr courses like xlri...I am sure they would have placements for this field unlike iima. In one of your videos, you discussed RCs where you mentioned the number them you use to solve. It something 10-15 daily, was it 10 - 15 RCs daily or it 10-15 questions like in 1 RC there's around 4/5/6 questions. Just need clarity, If possible, then Please revert, Thank You for your guidance.

Di one important question to asked regarding cat form, i scored 78% in final year, result declared 2 days back and now i want to apply for revaluation as i feel it could take my percentage to 80+. Now the question arises, what should I fill during form filling? If i fill the present one, there there will be no use of revaluation and If i do not fill grads marks, then will that be alright? I need your view regarding this. Not to mention, the revised result will most probably come after mid sept, last date for cat is before that.

Hi Shweta, I think ESOPs should not be considered 1 time payment. Rather we can break it up and divide it in years and add it to the earning potential since ESOPs will mature every year. Say if Amazon offers ESOPs worth 20 lakhs over 4 years, we can tentatively add 5 lakhs to earning potential every year and not consider it as a one time payment

I've been quite passionate about HR specialization, however, many people in my family suggested not to pursue it owing to the earning potential, as you proved in your video as well. I don't want to pursue a specialization that doesn't pay well and am open to trying out other specializations. I'm currently in my 3rd of pursuing Economics Hons from DU and targeting CAT2023.
