Great collab with you and Norma. I went to Ping Pang Pong last week for the first time and it was great. Only an hour and a half wait at 12pm on a Tuesday before Thanksgiving.:)

I’m from San Francisco and really like Ping Pang Pong! Good Cantonese food which isn’t easy to find in Vegas. Can’t wait to go back!😋

I always go here whenever I’m in Vegas. The walnut shrimp and baked sea bass was delicious as well when I had it a few years ago

if you like ping pang pong go next door to the rio and try KJ seafood. these 2 are very good chinese restaurants outside of chinatown. Lot better than the washed down versions in the big resorts

Do you live here in Vegas? Jerry's used to have a great prime rib. I love duck, a lot of us round eye lol🤣 don't. I wok my in peanut oil with a wire holding it so I can turn, pour the oil over it turn pour oil it and repeat 10- 15mins. Finish I it in the smoker with cherry wood.

You should check out Red Plate @ The Cosmopolitan, they have whole roasted suckling pigs & ducks

Decent video but prices has gone up for dim sum. I do want to point out a couple of things 1) Peking duck ( mostly skin, some includes some meat on their slices )and Roast duck ( skin and meat ) are 2 different dishes 2) the roast duck sauce is a sweet and sour plum sauce, loosely jelly like. The sesame shrimp roll dipping sauce is mayo with condensed milk, hence the sweetness 3) I agree with Norma, she is going to get high blood pressure, with dipping most items in soy sauce lol 4) I do agree roast duck price is decent but I wouldn’t drink the fat, duck fat usually get saved when cut open, it is often saved and used for cooking in some Chinese restaurants and It’s so not good for you. If you want collagen eat fish maw soup instead
