It's an absolute joy to watch this person's videos ... and so humbled learn that the shop's name is Maa Tara ... Joy Maa Tara!! I will gladly watch a video of this guy even if there's one every week. He's so self-motivated he should try doing motivational talks as a side hustle :) Glad to see the next generation is also being involved. It's fascinating how they have set up their kitchen in the middle of a foot path and operating from there. Looks very delicious but I doubt the vehicle passing from their roadside kitchen is leaving lots of pollution and it may directly mixed up with the food but if people Don't have any problem with that then its fine. But in india we have seen many such food vendors not keeping hygiene and standard its throw bad impression to outsider
