Honest 1 year review of my 2019 polaris highlifter 850 mud bike. just giving my opinion of the bike and how its been for me. enjoy. thanks for watching Twisted Mudders!!

I think you should keep it. I have a 2021 850 Sportsman Highlifter and I call it my work horse. I’ve pulled a couple SxS, and many of other 4 wheelers out when their stuck. Like you said all in all it’s a great mud machine for your buck even with the cons. So far on mine I’ve added 2” bracket lift, sound bar, LED headlights and winch. I also ride in the Houston/Texas area. Good vid! New subscriber here 👍🏾

Yeah its definitely a beast. Its pulled out everything I've had to no problem. Need to add some snorkel risers on mine

What park do you ride the most?

Usually Twisted or Xtreme but I want to go to creek side and some of the others real soon though. Add my ig: GodDrivenRider let’s ride out sometime

I bought a 2021 850 and POLARIS did address the belt box leaking. But still retained the “foam” barrier in the snorkel duck by the front left front tire. Other than that she’s a turd floater on mud and water!!! I’m extremely impressed!!!!

Hey that atv is pretty damn cool, I’ll tell you what if it ain’t got dirt it’s nothing, I am myself in search of a 2019 I appreciate the video, i’m looking forward to getting mine👌👍

Get a kfi winch 3500lbs you have to get the plate mount for it to work

Yeah, I was going to do that but now not sure. A buddy had one and idk what was going on. He was using it and then all his lights started to flicker and fuel pump got fried.

Good review. Do yourself a favor and get it smoke tested, it may save you a headache down the road.

Appreciate it it. Yeah I plan on getting it smoke tested. Doing my snorkel risers now then after thats done test it

I'm thinking on getting this for my first ATV, what kind of test is that and why you recommend it?

@@RagingBad It blows smoke and finds out where if any leaks are. Straight from the dealer a high Lifter is good enough to run through a muddy field slighlty better than a regular sportsman. To make it a submarine, its' got to be sealed up real tight.

Keep it and throw another set of less aggressive tire with rim to do more trail ridding then mud it will change a lot the comfort of the machine

I hate Polaris but this bike seems pretty cool anything wrong with the snorkels,wheel bearings,axels,maintenance?

Yeah i was the same way. Its a really good bike. So far no real issues. Just heavy and doesn't turn good lol

Sad thing it only has 7200 rpm and it only goes 50 mph i’m just gonna go with dirt bikes
