What they meant to say is that there was no "convenient" parking for them. You can generally find plentiful inconvenient parking that requires you to walk a bit. Love it when convenient at night turns into a headache the next morning.
@Mystress19802 ай бұрын
Listen, if I'm renting and a parking spot is included in the lease, there damn well better be enough spots for me to park. No resident should have to park their car blocks away and walk. What these places need to do is make sure the junk cars are taken out, and the people with 3-4 cars get towed instead. Also, I lived in a complex where the nearest street parking was about 5 blocks away. Who the hell wants to walk 5 blocks after a 12 hour shift because my complex oversold their parking? I'd be raising hell in the leasing office EVERY. DAY.

@dansanfrisco2 ай бұрын
That apartment complex management needs to gain a backbone and tell those residents no to parking outside a garage door. If their garage already has a vehicle parked in it or is too full of crap to park inside then the residents need to do one of two things. Clean it out so they can park inside the garage or if they have two vehicles then rent another garage or find a free parking spot somewhere on property. Parking right outside the garage door is not a safe parking space and it is incredibly dangerous with kids running around on property as it creates a blind spot on the roadway.

He was livid with the tow truck operator and the $275.00 tow bill. What if e.m.s can't get to a patient because of him, should the illegal lawbreaker be charged with murder if the patient dies? @mundanestuff2 ай бұрын
These people need to take their issues out with the managers of the apartment complexes if there's no parking. And as a renter, you need to scope these places out ahead of time, drive by at all hours of the day and night to see what parking is like. We lived in a place that had probably 3 or 4x as much parking as it needed, and we've lived in places where our garage spot and the one spot in front of it were it, zero additional parking. Visitors parked a block away and walked. Our kids just got an apartment last year, and were told over and over how easy it is to find a spot, the manager was a liar, and we failed to follow up and investigate, or instruct them to do so, they learned the lesson and we learned it again. So now they're moving after a year and the new place they've driven past at all hours and find it has plenty of parking, so they're good to sign the lease.

I don't want people to take me wrong concerning this channel or any other tow channel, I really enjoy them for the most part and I respect the job that they do for real, I just don't like it when they are not completely honest about the money they make or how they are paid! I know that they are either paid by the hour or a salary and that they can make extra money if they can get drop fee's because dropped vehicles save the boss/company time and money not having to keep it on the lot for months until it can be actioned or junked. That is why the boss encourages Johnny and the other drivers to go for the drop fee's which is perfectly alright and I don't blame them at all for doing this, just be honest about what you get paid and how it all works that's all I am saying! You absolutely have the right to make as much money as you can legally and that is fine! But when you say it's company money not mine that is not entirely true and that is what pisses people off and makes them think that you are a liar and that you are doing something underhanded when you are not necessarily! So just be completely honest about the business you chose to be in and especially when you put it out here on youtube and are making money doing it! That's all I am saying!

Where I live, parking is tight in the entire country. Double parking and blocking entrances is the norm. People will park their car, put it in neutral, and then lock the doors. When you need to move their car to leave your parking space or get into your home., you just push the car out of the way. Many folks actually carry gloves in their car so your hand don't get dirty when you push the car out of the way. In cases where you can't leave you car in neutral (hills, etc.), people put their cell phone number on their dashboard so people can see it and call to ask for the car to be moved.

Quick to call the management idiots, but it was there fault. People pay alot of money to rent a garage, usually in hopes that he can always get in and out. Having the manager with the tow truck would probably cause more problems as people would think they can bully an apartment manager to not get towed. If i was an apartment manager i wouldn't go near an argument with a tow truck driver. If it is hooked and ready for tow or on the truck the price should go up. At this point, the tt driver has already done all work necessary to drive away, now he has to unsecure each car and take it off the flatbed.

Don't block the drive, emergency exit. During ghe fas crunch in the 70s ppl was lined up the road for gas. They blocked them once they was a house on fire. Ppl wouldn't move. Afraid to lose there spot in line. My grandfather pulled the bronco down into 4 wheel low, pushed the car out of the way. My grandfather's insurance had to pay up. They didn't care it was an emergency. LOL. He trtdd to fight it but it didn't help. Person did get a ticket for blocking a marked emergency exit and ignoring lights and siren on a emergency vehicle.
