We suffered our first home defeat of the season after conceding in each half against West Ham.
The visitors took the lead with a disputed opener from Tomas Soucek after a defensive mix up, and though we toiled for the leveller - and hit the post through Bukayo Saka - we fell further behind in the second-half.
Defender Dinos Mavropanos, who played eight times for us in the late 2010s, headed home from a corner to condemn us to a painful defeat.
David Raya saved a stoppage time penalty but the night ended in disappointment.

This performance shows how unclinical we are in front of goal. 77 touches in the opposition box and 30 shots w/ 8 on target and none reaching the back of the net shows that. I hope we go shopping for a new left back as Zinchenko has been making a mess lately directly leading to the first goal and giving the ball away leading to the corner where we conceded the second goal and a new man up front to strengthen our attack like Toney, Solanke or Osimhen. But we have to move on. The season is far from over and we have plenty of time to challenge for the title. Let's look forward to Fulham. COYG!

Tomiyasu and timber are our leftbacks, we even have kieran tierney out on loan as well, zinny is like the 4th choice left back if they were all around. Now letting KT go out on loan seems so questionable. Letting balogun go and now needing a striker😂 sending KT out on loan while we have zinny displaying defensive disaster class week in week out, truly a banter club. I bet Arsenal are going to bring in a forward worse than balogun since there isnt any top strikers that are available below 100m at the moment😂

jesus and odegaard the only ones trying to create something this game, the both of them were great and because of them we managed to create chances. do we really need a striker if our wingers and midfielders are good in front of goal? no. Remember past city, they didnt have a striker but many players managed to score and were clinical enough however in our case how wingers and attacking midfielders simply arent. we need a true finisher but someone who has technical ability and in another comment i said i would like osimhen in the summer to then train his technicality.

Our boys over-think, often slowing down the attack and making them predictable. They are so scared to lose the ball that they give the opposition defense and opposition goalkeeper time to organise themselves. Arteta needs to deal with our composure and confidence in front of goal. We got this! COYG!
