Cambridge fan here. That young lad who scored the 3rd goal looked brilliant. What a brilliant talent you’ve got there. Southampton seems to be a great talent factory. Your number 17 ran everything in the middle too. Very impressive

Well done to the lads. Especially pleased for the academy kids. I’d like to make point to give academy grads like Dom game time in the league. We’re signing very young players from other leagues who aren’t PL tested, surely there’s room and opportunity for our own academy players. They’ve got the hunger ad ready made for the first team. Give ‘em a chance, rather then farming them off to other clubs or selling them off. Keep the best with us and build a legacy. Like to see Ballard play for us for years to come

He’s not even our first choice keeper! Think we made a big mistake resting half of our first team though. Not saying we would have won, but we’d have made a much better fist of it. Completely one sided and could have easily been 5-0.
