What a brilliant end to the final! A thriller a dn to think the Aussies could jump the odds the way they did. The SailGP is not going away and is a magnificent success with years ahead of further excitement and further success.

That last gybe from Aus was so perfect was like a slingshot forward. Only dropped to 45 knots through the gybe Even if GBR gybed on time I believe aus would have had a overlap.

Worst mistake of the whole weekend by anyone, by Team GB on the final gybe. Not only cost the race but cost second too. That should have put GB up the leader board, not down.

Les suisses finissant systématiquement dans la deuxième partie du tableau, comme d’hab’ serait-on tenté de dire, franchement on était en droit d’attendre mieux de cette Nation qui a écrit certaines des plus belles pages de la voile moderne et du match racing.

@@ilovewindex487 Same I liked the short course but the wind was a big let down. 20km/s is not enough speed for this

The wind was great on the second day plus the waves are much smaller compared to the other courses

When you're becalmed and the wind is gone except for pedestrian sailing "of which I count myself " the world best have to contend with bullshit because of oil money
