@@thelastpizzaroll101 oh, you neglected to say which card, I assumed the last- there arent actually any specific guidelines as to what may or may not be a technical offence worthy of a yellow card, but usually it is awarded for repeat offending, either by an individual or a team, or as I believe in this case if the ref deemed the action was cynical- the ref did state "slowing the ball down after a line break" ... as to your first point, yes a ruck formed after the tackle and the attempted jackaler was off feet over the ball (on his knees and not supporting himself- the tackled player counts as the ground so lying on him is technically also off feet) which is a penalty offense- in this case the ref deemed it cynical
