This roster is just not good enough to be a top team plain and simple. Not saying that Phil deserves no blame, but until we make some tough decisions with certain players and replace them with quality, this team's ceiling is a borderline playoff team at best no matter the coach. If we don't do anything in the summer transfer window however, that tells us that Phil and Ned are happy with the squad and Phil in particular is who all the pressure and blame is put on.

Goalie should have done better on winning goal. Frankly, he should have made a save on the shot. Game should have ended 1-1.

Timber management has spent the available money on offense while shopping "bargain markdowns" on defense, 26 GF, 29 GA. At the current pace, they'll miss the playoffs for the 3rd consecutive season, or get blown out in the first round. Either way, a lot of talent is being wasted. Some players are just here for a paycheck, they need to go.

Minnesota's 2nd goal should never have been allowed, what's wrong with this new goalkeeper? He made a half-baked effort to stop it. Bench his lazy butt.
