I hope we keep Monty on. Our track record shows we get rid of managers too quickly. We quite clearly have players that dont meet the standard required for this level of football. The signings montgomery brought in over the january window have proved to make a huge difference. Can you imagine if we didn't have marcondes and maolida. We would be in a much worse position than we are just now. I hope they are just smart enough to make the right decisions in who we clear out of the squad at the end of the season.
