A bunch of channels have been doing that in recent months. CBS has done it off and on (along with a whole litany of other issues), NBC has done it, ESPN FC has done it. . . now MLS is getting in on the act.

They need to have six refs, two on one side of the pitch working half the pitch, two on the other side and two in the middle, working half the pitch, this way, call can be made better.

Lol it’s the stadium. Yankee Stadium is a baseball stadium, so it wasn’t designed to have the best viewing angle setup for soccer. The good thing is that NYFC will start construction on their new stadium soon, projected for the 2026 or 2027 season.

"more signs than fans" when the camera pans up look at the 25k+ fans rooting for one of the best teams of the modern MLS era. NYCFC is an underrated threat to the league that should be talked about on the level of LAFC, Atlanta, St. Louis, and Nashville
