+123timsim In America with the NBA, NHL and MLB, they have play offs. I suggest you research how they work - each team is given many chances. With NFL, yes I think you are right. With the AFL, teams in the top 4 are still able to lose their first game and stay in the finals. Regardless, despite finals series being entertaining, I think they are silly. The way in which football (soccer) leagues do it is much better.
