He's strike rate is 74 and avrrage is 48 that means he plays 64 balls on average every innings. He plays 10 overs of new ball so that the middle & lower order can play the natural hitting game. You can see in this match too the WI team was so close of all out situation despite both the batsman playing 100+ balls. See in every team players have given individual roles. I know you don't have that much brain to understand that's why you wrote such a shameful comment on someone who is doing way better in his field rather than you🤣

I disagree that it's anywhere near as exciting as t-20 and it's not as difficult on an individual technical and physical level as test cricket but I will agree it's good for people who like that but don't have the time to closely follow a test match. The reason people think it will go is that as cricket becomes a more marketable sport due to increasing income of young peopl in its audience more and more they need bite sized consumable sports. I doubt anyone will say they don't like good cricket but do they have the time to watch it?
