First what! Over 20,000 subs!! So happy for y’all! You’ll be at 25 before you know it. AJ you are amazing. When you cook you put your heart and soul in it. I made this version of birria tacos(not yours) last year they were okay, but I like the authentic version served in a bowl with a soupy chili sauce. Totally different than these style.
