jaafar kassim she’s been working tho. If you look at her IG, she’s been setting herself up for this for at least a year before the show aired. Her freestyles and marketing have always been on point but just not at a national and international stage...until now. @@JOEL31785 Something can be a freestyle while being written at the same time. A freestyle is not off the dome 100% of the time. Freestyle is spitting lyrics without them having a particular "style". Like, having a bunch of bars, but without knowing what kind of beat you'll have to spit to.

It's a freestlye but it ain't off the dome. Originally, freestyle meant that it was written but free of style, literally just rhyming shit with no deeper structure intended. The meaning just got confused over time and grouped in with the term "off the dome".
