Hello hijabi here Tipss 1. Try to wear cap a little back from your forehead to protect your hair line because cap cause you hair loss 2. Try to incorporate a dandruff shampoo cause constant sweating can cause dandruff 3. The neck pain is due to very tight cap try to buy cap which is not that tight to stop your blood flow which result in neck pain. JazakAllah hu Khairan kaseera

I have a hijab cap so I wear the one which has silk or satin lining also it is expandable because of stitching in the back which is good for hair and headache and tie it slightly lose after securing my hair in a lose bun and this is coming from a person who gets headache when there is something on my head and this has worked out well for me

Aliza If your head hurts, try not to wear your hijab cap tightly. Adjust it slightly back of your ears. Nhi hoga sar drd❤

It's a buckle clip... Drape the hijab over your head, gather the ends, and secure with the buckle clip below the chin for a stylish and secure fit. Adjust as needed for comfort.

A hijab cap may hurt the back side of the head if it's too tight or made from materials that cause discomfort. Ensure the cap is the right size, made from breathable fabric, and doesn't exert excessive pressure for a more comfortable wear.

Hey, the trick for silky hair is you need to properly comb, tie and secure your hair with pins in a bun before wearing hijab. Secondly try to add lesser layers, because the lesser the pins the lesser is the hassle and pain. also georgette is the best material, its breathable and has a nice fall so it looks nice and causes zero rashes or headache.

@@humanbeing766 walaikum Salam sister as long as your hairs not showing its OK not to wear head cap and also some people does do hijab but there scarf is see through as well so we should avoid those kind of scarfs just make sure not any single hair is showing and also with hijab ypu need to cover your neck as well and make sure your arms are covered too and your legs too and the hijab is not just about covering your body Allah gave us order to wear hijab so men don't get attract from us so what I do is I am covered from head to toe and wear loose clothes as well and Don't do such a things which gain attention from men

@@humanbeing766 and also you don't need to cover your hand face and feet unless your face and hand are attractive to man even if your voice is attractive to men ypu need to keep quiet when there is men around you this is what you call parda and try to make sure your niyat is good to that your doing it for Allah and you can show your body to only your mahrams which includes husband, father,father in-laws, grandad, father's brothers and mother's brother rest of the men are na mahram for women including czns and our husband's brother the whole meaning of parda is not to attract men and obviously Allah knows best for us you know some women says oh dill ka parda hona chahiye to kiya is liye Allah ne orat ko cover hone ka hukam diya he agar niyat saf hoti to is taraha to Allah sab ki niyat better janta he to parde ka hukam kiu deta jab us ko sab ki niyat ka pata hota ye humari larkiyon ko sochna chahiye

The pin you showed in the last and were asking where to use it actually that pin goes on the neck part of the hijab to secure the hijab like you used the magnet pin. And for the head cap i would say not to use a very tight cap if you experience a headache. Whenever you wear hijab also make a Dua that Allah i am wearing this hijab for you this is your order please Allah accept this from me and protect me from the headache and all the sickness Ameen. you can use fashion tape to keep ur scarf in place! if you put it on the undercap, the scarf will stick to it. also, over time you will be able to hold it on your head even without pins because you'll have more practice :) Wishing you the best!

First of all I really appreciate your struggle for hijab. Ma shaa Allah. Secondly I also feel headache if I wear too tight cap or if my cap is on my ears. So try to keep your ears free from cap u wouldn’t feel headache. And thirdly georgette hijabs never stay without cap+at least one pin.
