Hola Omaya, quería preguntar tu opinión sobre el maquillaje y el Islam. En la mezquita a la que asisto (Sunna) no es bien visto por el tema del recato.

El maquillaje no está permitido solo un poco de eyeliner y máscara de pestañas como mucho pero como está ella (imagino que sólo para el vídeo) no está bien.

Si te puedes maquillar. A veces muchas personas no se maquillan para lucirle a alguien, o para provocar a nadie, es para ellas mismas, para verse más arregladas, todo depende de tu intención. Tal vez a ella solo le gusta verse maquillada, y por eso usa el maquillaje así. Aunque para muchas ocasiones no es necesario usar tanto, pero si te quieres ver linda para algo puntual, puedes hacerlo. Solo que para el diario se podrías usar menos. Pero eso ya es a gusto de cada quien.

You look so beautiful! 😍 I've always wanted to wear a hijab,but I'm Christian and I understand it would be disrespectful for muslims. ( and there are very few muslims in my country,so it would be a little weird) I know muslim women wear it to cover themselves, and it's that idea of modesty what I like about the hijab.

Angie Garcia actually my dear, wearing a hijab not only for Muslim women. It's for all religion, for example, don't you see on statue of Marry covering her head with a long piece of cloth? That because all women should cover! You will see a lot of Jewish women covers too. Some of them wear hijab and some of then wear wig. God made us very special. And to keep our value in a special way we should wear hijab and have respect for ourselves.

hijab under cap, is it necessary? and does it add heat? in the cold Maine winters, i actually have several of the big hijab scarfs, i get so cold outside, it's the only, and best way to stay warm outside. so how do you feel in hot weather? they keep me so warm in winter. i think if it is this warm for me, over heating. how do you feel in summer, and what do you do to keep cool?
