Wa aleykum salam wa rahmatullah. To my knowledge, It's not that easy to find people who teach Arabic for beginners. Maybe try contacting the Darul Arqam Institute (they have a website).

May Allah increase you in knoeledge akhi. Mauritania is generally not considered the best place to go to for beginners. If you don't have Arabic, you won't benefit much. Unless you only want to memorize Quran. And Allah knows best
