The Last Step "Address Reservation"
- it is increase stability of the Wifi Device Connection
- Without doing this step; might will get the extension will revert to be main station and IP clash.
The Wireless Setting or LAN Setting
- Make sure IGMP Snooping are enable

My Indoor Unit does not show up when I try to change my Wifi Router after the initial installation was done.

If you have change your wifi router you have to redo the setting again

In vdp DS-kV6113-WPE1 there is a terminal AIN1 and GRD, with 5v in open condition, to connect door sensor alarm, after connecting a reed swtich door sensor, where to configure alarm, whether alarm will display in Monitor DS-KH6320-WTE1 or in Hikiconnect phone. I have connected a magnetic reed contact on the terminal but no alarm aprears anywhere. Please help

Is it possible to connect 3 indoor and 3 outdoor units together? I want all 3 indoor units to ring whenever any one outdoor unit is pressed.

What is the difference between DS-KV6113-WPE1, DS-KV6113-WPE1(B) and DS-KV6113-WPE1(C) panels?

Can, but the SSID must be simple as “admin123” it not able contain symbol. Make sure need to do IP reserve on outdoor as well, if not the IP will run, den intercom will not function.

Hi bro, sorry below are very technical. I hope u understand, if not understand. Try get somebody to help u do or look for Hik engineer at ur region. if KV6113 running WiFi and powered by 12DC. This I have tested and working but need very tricky. 1. Make sure u get the latest firmware from Hik Website or from Local Dealer 2. Remember, your WiFi router make sure need do Reserved IP for all ur device include KH6320 and KV6113 as well. (Means lock ur MAC address and that certain IP, obtained by DHCP) 3. Your device, KH6320 and KV6113 must run under DHCP. (Running static IP is a bad idea, cause this device behaviour is under Wifi must run DHCP, if u run static IP, it will refer to ur LAN port) 4. that above thing is everything need to monitor to do. After that, nothing issue. If still issue, u try ping ur WiFi device, the “ms” cannot more than 30ms. That all I can advices.
