I saw some backlash about this chapter because of Ruby’s reaction to Aqua as Hikaru. People was expecting something dark and serious but Aka ruined it with the same old silly joke. So hope the next chapter is back on track again with Ruby lol.

honestly, i wouldn't be surprised if he did take advantage of Ai in some way. i see a pattern here. maybe he liked Ai and decided that having a child with a girl he likes would somehow make him in control of his life and redeem the abuse he was going through. considering Ai's young age when she got pregnant and the fact that idol life is incompatable with having children and she was always very passionate of her career, it's not a big secret that Aqua and Ruby were an accident. Ai definitely didn't plan them, so it leaves us with Hikaru as a main suspect. of course it could've just been a "teenagers did the thing" case and they simply didn't use protection, but don't forget it's Oshi no Ko we're talking about. and it only adds that they did break up after this (if they were ever together).

Last ch Kaburagi said to Hikaru that he is being mentioned in the film as "Boy A", and we see that cut 70 is about "Boy A". Does that mean Kaburagi knew something...?

While it doesn't make me hate Hikaru any less for what he's done, it really goes to show... what could have happened if Airi was caught sooner for what she had done to Hikaru. No, scratch that, if Hikaru was never in Airi's hands in the first place. Both Hikaru and Ai grew up in awful environments. It's just that Ai was able to find true happiness in the end when she had Aqua and Ruby. Hikaru... he just snapped. We can't tell if he finally snapped because of Airi or his breakup with Ai. At least I can see there's no opening for redemption at all for Hikaru. I prefer certain stories where there's no redemption of the main villain. Esp, those who don't deserve it

it would be interesting if ruby knew taiki was her half brother she would probably accept it and say it was her father’s fault but I think that ruby is may want to fix her emotions like she said not brother nor enemy but thinking about enemies it may seem like Ruby still wants revenge. I kinda felt sad for Hikaru. When I first started reading the manga, I initially didn't like Hikaru (not hate) because of his crimes and I'm never into villains that much. Not because they're bad, it's just a thing I've been experiencing ever since as a kid. Back to Hikaru, after we got more info on Hikaru from Akane's research in Main Story, we see that Hikaru was also a hurt person in this story so I became neutral with him and still am but this just made me felt bad for him. Give more backstories on this character! I hope they will! But other than the end, the beginning was hilarious. Like I couldn't stop laughing 😂😂😂... I have a huge question: since some of us here know that Taiki, Hikaru and Crow Girl will be making their debut in the anime in Season 2, so any casting suggestions? Just for fun. I don't know why but when I first saw crow girl, I thought Aoi Koga (Kaguya's seiyuu) would be a fit for her or Konomi Kohara (Chika's seiyuu). But whoever gets those roles I'm sure they'll do a good job.
