Ай бұрынSomething I could not do when I was at my heaviest weight was hike all the way in to a place like Dundee Falls in Dundee Ohio. At my heaviest I was 487 pounds and could never be this active. I'm now half the weight I started at, at roughly 245. Tiffany and I hiked in, checked out the waterfalls, played on the big rocks, and had a great time!
