Hiking from Multnomah Falls to Larch Mountain - Oregon

Earlier this year I volunteered with Trailkeepers of Oregon on the Larch Mountain Trail for a few months, and in the process discovered how beautiful the route was, well worth taking the 15 mile round trip journey on foot instead of driving to the top of Larch Mountain. The parking lot at the summit was still buried under 4 feet of snow in mid May but most had melted off the trail, so it was the perfect time to do it. I didn't plan on using any music but the brutal wind at the top made the audio unusable so I filled it in with a nice song. Hopefully I captured the whole hike well enough to make it feel like you came along with me. Enjoy :)

Just did this hike last week solo, had so much fun seeing the different falls, trees, terrains. And it was rewarding getting to the top😁

I've been at the view point a half dozen times, a couple times at dusk. Never did it from Multnomah falls and now I am 77 and my health is not good. Blessings to you for doing this vidieo.

How many hours total is it there and back from the falls?

Sorry for the late reply but it took me just under 10 hours including breaks, setting up for filming, and hiking back a different way that had me getting a little bit lost in the deep snow. I think the average hiker could probably do the 15 mile round trip in about 8 hours.
