Mount Mansfield - Vermont State High Point
This hike takes place in the Mount Mansfield State Forest north west of Stowe, Vermont. The goal of this hike is the summit of Mount Mansfield (4,393’) and its surrounding peaks the Adam’s Apple, the Chin, the Nose and the Forehead.
This trail is a difficult class 2, or maybe easy class 3 trail. Because of this, dogs are not recommended to access the summit from the north on the Long Trail. Access the Long Trail from Stowe Mountain Resort lot D.
