Video of the route from Refugio de Juanar in Ojen, to the top of Pico de La Concha 1210 m (Peak of La Concha) in Marbella. This beautiful trip turned out to be challenging. There are chains on the way that leads through the steep rocks. The hike's difficulty is rewarded by stunning views of La Torrecilla 1919 m, the coastline of Marbella, Istan, and the nearby dam Embalse de la Concepción.

im trying to get an idea of difficulty here because i want to bring my toddler and carry him, and it looks all good until the video at 3:05. I cant tell if its the camera angle or this looks very steep and unable to walk up without using hands to crawl. can you give me more details about this area?

Hi, the whole route is pleasant. It depends on whether you hike from the Istan side, which is steeper and as I've heard is not recommended for children under 12. The way from Juanar/Ojen takes longer, and it is easier to reach La Concha. If you have mountain experience, this walk should not be challenging, although some areas are exposed at the end. Yeah, the camera makes a dramatic effect :) however, you have to be careful at this spot. Anyway, it was a beautiful walk with amazing views!
