Hiking the Mantario Trail

2 жыл бұрынMantario trail is a 60 km hike in Big Whiteshell Provincial Park Canada. You will experience lakes, streams, rock formations, beaver dams, trees, and bog. It has the most incredible camp sites and beautiful terrain. This trail is an unknow gem with pristine lakes and gorgeous Canadian Shield rock formations set off by pine, birch and poplar forests.

Yes you can from either end of the trail.

I’m a beginner hiker. I am trying to find a good trail for overnight in Manitoba.

A good overnighter is the hike to Caribou Lake on the Mantario trail. A lot of people do this as and out and back hike. It is about 10 kms one way. You can hike to either end of the lake and find a campsite.

It's 60 kms - most hike it in 3 or 4 days.

@@adventuremanitoba is the elevation steep?the Canadian Shield is pretty rocky
