Had a great time exploring the marshes to start off my spring. Anyone else doing any non-mountain hikes?

Yes, I prefer non- mountain hikes with my pup.

@@blacklab08022 A great walk with the pup. Though at least for plum island I'm not sure if they allowed dogs. with it being a wildlife refuge. Check the regulations for this one!

Enjoyed your video. I really like the images of scenes along the hike. The wildlife was a plus as well. Another job well done.

I use to go all the time.33 years ago.The trails sure have changed.Hellcat took a different route across the road and had lots of stairs.I guess they wanted wheelchair accessible.As you can see its all been redone with new wood.

Yes they really did a nice job to make sure these amazing views from the dunes and through the marshes could be enjoyed by everyone! I thought it was quite nice and relaxing. Glad to see my entrance fees being put to good use!

We are lucky to live three miles away and visit often! The Joppa Flats is equally a serene and beautiful place! We see egrets, mute swan, bald eagles, seals, shorebirds, and an array of seasonal wildlife!

Wow that’s so cool you get to see all the birds so often! Bald eagles? That would have been amazing to see!

Glad you enjoyed! Glad you are getting to experience a part of the country you haven't been to yet!

Didn’t realize there are so many trails there. Can’t wait to go back. What are you filming with? Great quality!

Most of them Are pretty short. But the sandy point one and the hellcat boardwalk are the longest and most interesting. That would be the Sony A6600. You can find links to all the gear I use for my hikes in the description of each video!

Was that boardwalk loop accessible? My wife is mobility impaired and we're getting her a new scooter. So I'm collecting all the accessible "hikes" I can find.
@AdamHoyt3 жыл бұрын
I would say yes. There were no stairs involved in the boardwalk to the best of my knowledge.
@hindsfeetonhighplaces3 жыл бұрын
@@AdamHoyt Thanks. Much of that hike appeared accessible to the right kind of scooter. We just got her a new one that I think will get her more off the beaten path and she would love someplace like that.
