12:28 You have got to go and do the Te Araroa Trail. Lots of mud, lots of deep water fords and you even get to do a part of it in a canoe, all the things you love doing. 😎👍

I was very excited to see you go through this part of the Florida Trail! It may not have large elevation gains and rocky areas, but this section proves the Florida Trail has its own set of challenges.

You guys have my sincere respect. Wow, slogging is hard, and you guys killed it. My feet couldn't take it. Horse flies are horrible, especially the green heads. Amazing is all I can say. 💪✌️

Sometime I think a chest mount or a head mount for your gopro would do you justice. I use and love them. They free up your hands in the knarly spots.

We live near the south of Bradwell bay in Smith Creek. We are beekeepers. If you hike the bay again, or are in the area, I’ll give you a jar of our Tupelo honey. 😊 I’ve never hiked Bradwell, but it looks gnarly.

That kinda hiking is fun in a group, but solo would be on the not-so-fun.....I'll stick with my (mostly) dry. Yeah deer fly have been out early this year in sections.

At least it looks like they repainted the blazes...yeah, imagine that place with a high water table. Look up the legend of Tate's Hell. If you are doing the FT and the water table is at flood stage...don't go into Bradwell, otherwise it is fun. Of course after Bradwell wading through a puddle is nothing. That was pretty much it though...easy cruise from there. You still need to watch the water tables in a few places (local rain doesn't affect some of the rivers as much as rain further north so don't count on some areas being passable just because there hasn't been any rain locally). Make sure you have plans to zero at Hillcrest Baptist Church...it's the best stop on the trail and Wilton will make sure everyone is taken care of...it is also almost exactly mile 900 according to Guthook (FarOut). It's basically a free hostel and if you call ahead they'll probably arrange to make sure you have food there...I was so impressed I send donations sometimes.

Presumably when they marked this trail, it was wet then.... Or did they mark it during a severe draught? Because like... Why? Who was like, you know what would be fun? Slogging thru mud and swamp. A true Florida experience *Lol* Y'all are awesome for taking that with a good attitude. 😂

Wow that was incredibly terrifying going through that swamp! All I could think of was snakes and gators. Thank goodness you had a big group with you I could not even imagine going by myself through that. Glad your safe. Continue having a blast because it’s almost over!

Can you speak in one of your videos how you manage to get seperated on the road? You were a big group until the road, then there was nobody in either direction as far as the eye can see. Also, how does Bop-it have FKT if she's still doing the hike? How is it calculated?

Wow! Another wet, mucky day on the Water Trail of Florida (WTF!). So glad you find ways to make fun out of what could be pretty miserable with a different attutude. Love how you smeared mud on everyone's faces. Those horse flies and eye-aiming bugs can be very annoying. Wonderful group of hikers sure helps make it fun.
