bring some rubbing alcohol and cotton balls and take a whiff when you feel nauseous. I’m peruvian and have family that lives in Abancay and Cusco in the Andes mountains. That’s a lil remedy that we do to help us with altitude sickness. Another thing if anyone is going to peru, and hiking the trails in the andes. drink mate de coco, it gives u a bunch of energy. I’m glad that Tybot emphasized that eating, it is super important or else you will lose a bunch of weight. Eating a bunch of complex carbs will help you w energy and getting through your hikes.
