I have tried this , i did not work as the poe switch current rating is only 1.3 A and not enough to drive magnetic door lock. Then I put a higher current rating poe sw. Finally it works but it is risky to damage the camera circuit.

can we connect a regular bell in parallel to outdoor unit?

Its better if you give demos with ur voice instead of background music. Not able to understand properly.

Music is noisy and disturbing. And not sure if it can supply enough amps to the lock if using POE power supply. I have tested that but didn't work. Yes it gives 12v. But maybe that lock needed more amps, so i had to connect a 12v adapter
