In this video we overview Hikvision's TurboX ColourVu Camea with Flashing Lights and Custom Audio Alarm. We also demo and set up the 2 way audio function for live audio to camera, PIR detection & active deterrent function.
*Live audio from app to camera is not supported please be mindful of this function

@@mornellmonk7649 Hi, they won’t have the linkage action from memory , we don’t sell that model in UK but tested it while back and wasn’t supported then ☹

hi i have contacted a lot of cctv sales and installer and they are saying this model does not have two way only one way audio. can you please give me some advice thanks

The PIR plus VMD (DualTech) is a good idea. It should reduce false alarms considerably. But the flashing lights are a bit gimmicky.

Hello DVS, thank you for the constant exposures you give to us in season and out of season, We celebrate you greatly and your labour of love shall rewarded greatly in due time. I also have a question. It seems the functions that enabled the PIR, Siren and Flasher functions are imbedded in the particular DVR you use as demo. If thats true, can you please inform us on the spec of the DVR used for demo. Thank you so much 💕💕.

do you mean the pre-recorded audio from the VCA trigger? It doesn’t support LIVE audio from the app anymore due to hardware issue

I'm wait on the bases to be big enough to house all the cable, connector and as on most occasion a HD balun.

the base needs to be bought separate as the fly lead option like these wont change anytime soon ( sorry )

So we will be very restricted with time settings for audio warnings, right. Since there is nou audio schedule setting like in IP cameras, I have to assign audio linkage to say motion, then set an after hours schedule. But if I want to record triggers 24/7, I have to use VCA, of which I am only allowed 2 or 4 channels. How do I work around this?

On the DVR front end if you go to motion and then the tab that has the light and siren tick box, press the gear icon and set the light and sound schedule as required doesn’t need to match the motion side 😊

@DVSLTD Hi! It seems that the two-way talk is only available from Hik Connect to DVR. Is there a setting where in the audio will output on the camera's built-in speaker instead?

Hi there, I see the channel and learn a couple of thinks I don´t know, thanks. I have one question, I have on ds-7232hqhi-k2, and I connect this camera DS-2CE72DF3T-FS with audio, I make all the configuration put Video & Audio, and still don´t work, I can hear anything in that channel, I try connect 2 more cameras, but I cannot select video & audio, only show video. What do you think it is? Kind Regards

Hi got a new color vu but it will not let set the trigger alarm on a dvr as it old one as I have up data to the pastes firmware but still no luck and can’t get to do color at nite as well as I got 24/7 color vu as well they working 💯 any ideas why or dose not work on the older dvr DS-7104 modes

sorry to hear that I don’t have those old DVRS here as we didn’t sell them so I cant test it but have you looked for firmware to check ?
