Oh all this time I've been on SSI for over 20 years cuz that was the only thing I could get once I started to tear it and couldn't work those hours around other people anymore then not trustful of someone doing something to me

All I want to do is make my latter days my best days surely the Army could help me out with that just the yard and maybe a food truck and I can make my own money and be self-sufficient and just live the rest of my days in peace

Can I still file a claim for my back 35 years later even if I was denied back in 89 because I missed my exam. I have been seen in service records for my back?

I currently have a rating of 50% for my PTSD. It appears the VA didn’t take in my additional Information that qualifies me for 70% disability. Am I required to file an additional claim for the addition of that information.

Question 1- I filed for disability in 2009 for depression and insomnia, it was denied because they said it wasn't sc I was discharged from USAF in 93. I was receiving a non service connected pension but it stopped because I was receiving SSDI. Question 2 - I recently filed a supplement claim for tinnitus, back pain, knee pain which is in the evidence stage, will they go back to 2009 date or date I submitted the claim in 2022 if approved. Question

I have been reading where the VA is looking to cut back or eliminate certain claims, can your benefit be changed or reduced if your rating is 100% permanent and totally disabled. Thank you.

Hello, if I have tiu and start my own business because I cannot have any employment with any company, is that ok? And if I finally get 100% can I hAve my own business because of the same issue? Thank you
