Have you let go of the need to have control of your problems? I’m not assuming but often times when the anxiety kicks in it’s cause we can’t control the outcome and we’re not trusting God to deliver us from this. Fully give it to God and you will see it will work out and if it doesn’t then understand it’s His will and there’s a reason for it, I love you my brother in Christ!

Pro tip been with drugs and yes depressed, I fasted 3 days then went out and helped some people who were legit in need.... Didn't know the dynamics of it but the important thing is slowly I was able to let go of the stuff...

I've been drowned with plenty of problems...family partner and business...my mother and I didn't talked for a few months now...me and my partner have a business but then when I asked for my share he chose to tell me the truth of not having a love for me anymore and he just sees me as a friend. Ive been restless for few months that I just relied to alcohol so that I could get even a few hours of sleep...yesterday I was planning to end everything but then this friend of mine just came to my room, smiled and told me it's not the answer for all the problems you were facing...only God has the power to give you the kind of rest you were thinking...God gave you that kind of problems because he knows what's best for you for you to face the heartache that your partner did to you...he gave me and opened my mind and heart to release everything to God and after that talk and inspirational messages he have told me in just a blink of an eye I breathed calmly my headache as gone and I just felt that my heart was empty from hurt and revengeful feeling... tomorrow I was planning to go with him to the church and reconnect again with God I hope the weather would be better because it's more or 20km away from my place... thanks to my closest younger friend because he was the only person who never left my side in all weather of my life. God is good, now I can really say it❤❤❤
