I was very young when I first heard this song I didn't even understand it's content but there's something that keeps me listening to this song I even cried for no reason. Then God sent someone who explained the song to me. I realized how great his love towards us we don't deserve his forgiveness and love but he gave it all. Now every time I feel empty and unloved I would go and listen to this song it says "in every season I know you love me" this part alone makes me cry and makes me feel secured at the same time. Wow, I close my eyes and held my hand in the air for the entire song listening to the lyrics hoping that Jesus held my hand. I was getting these dark thoughts briefly and then reminded myself the scripture, “have I not commanded you, be strong and of courage for the LORD your God is with you”, “for God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him shall not perish but have everlasting life”. And my faith got so much stronger and those thoughts fled from me near the end of the song. I was having doubts about my faith and it was growing cold, I am a teenager with adhd struggling in school right now but this helped me a ton. Jesus Christ is the way the truth and the life.
