Hilti TE76 te76P hammer disassemble and problem find blinking service light

In this video I have disassembled Hilti TE76 hammer drill. This one had bloncking serivce light. Normally blinking serivce light means electric problems. If light turns on and stays, that means it`s time for maintenance serivce or other mechanic repair. To resolve both problems you need to disassemble yout Hilti hammer and check if it`s don`t have any mechanical damages or any of the parts are not worn out

I was looking to replace the armature but you never pulled that part out. What's the trick? Also, what kind of oil / grease goes in there and how much?

my te50 rotary hammer needs oil, don't you know what oil to use?

I don't understand why you would think the power cord would be faulty? If it was open circuit, you wouldn't even get a red light.

red light blink is an electric problem, red light fix indicates time to service

How does reset red light?? I have an hilti te 76 atc and its working fine but now red light stays on... I want to reset..can you help me?

I was able to reset my light with a laser from an IR thermometer. (or a laser pointer) I plugged the tool in and hit the trigger once, then flashed the laser 4 times fast up close on the LED warning light. My Hilti still has a problem but the service light is no longer on.

replaced the armature sourced on eBay ($42) and it was quite the struggle, breaking the end bearing and removing snap rings. Now it runs but the service light came on again. BTW, I had a motor shop do the parts swap and replace the bearings. It cost me around $200 on that end, but a new tool is almost $2k these days.
