We stayed here for a total of 5 nights, the first 3 nights was with all-inclusive rate, and the two nights booked direct and as a diamond member, I was upgraded to a Blue Bay Suite on the first night and to the Plaza Suite the second night. The hotel is mostly catering to all-inclusive guests and I see why it is very popular. The rooms are very nice, the food offering are impressive and the amenities were very good. The staff were also friendly as expected. The best part though was when we got upgraded to a Plaza Suite with a whirlpool on the big terrace overlooking the Red Sea!

The hotel is really nice. Rooms are modern and if you have all-inclusive rate, the food is impressive. Of course, it can get really crowded during high season. Thanks for watching!

Hello nice video, what room did you book originally to get the diamond upgrade to the plaza suite. And was it a diamond happy hour? Just drinks or little food also?

@@ThomasFrey-th7lh Hi and thanks. We booked king guest room originally. For the happy hour, we could choose any drinks from the drinks menu from 7-9pm. Not sure if snacks were included as we did not ask. Thanks for watching 🙏🏼

And the you got upgrade to the plaza suite and changed the room again 2 times? And changed to all inclusiv for extra pay per day?

@@ThomasFrey-th7lh First, we stayed with our group with all-inclusive rate for 3 nights. After the group left, my partner & I extended for one day & as a Hilton diamond got an upgrade to Blue Bay Suite. Then extended again and as a diamond was upgraded to Plaza Suite. The hotel was fully booked when we got the upgrade to Plaza Suite. Sorry if I showed the video with rooms in backwards order compared to how we actually stayed.

Free snacks nice i am also going there. How much are the turkische restaurant and the others that not are included. Are they expensive?

Hi. We only had a look at the menu of the Wok Asian restaurant and thought it was a bit expensive. Beef teppanyaki is 760 EGP, Pad Thai is 480 EGP, Mee Goreng Beef is 560 EGP to give some examples. Thanks for watching 🙏🏼

Yes, alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are included in all-inclusive ;)

Hi, as it was all-inclusive, tipping the waiters in the restaurant was not obligatory for us (group of Swedish) but we did give the dining staff a dollar or so on occasions we request to have a table reserved for us. I guess it is 1-2 USD per night to the housekeeping, or more if you are feeling generous.
