Same.I grew up with these songs and i remember buying the gloves that Ville was wearing in Funeral of Hearts videoclip with Jack Skellington and the heartagram and i was the happiest man alive.Now at 30 years old,i still listen to HIM and still miss them.Hope you’re well!Take care!

I feel like this song isn't about being single. It's about letting go of someone and wanting to move on, but your love for this person keeps you going back to them. They're not good for you but you're so in love with them that every time you want to break off and leave, love says no and pulls you back in.

It's not about being single. It's about being in love with someone who's bad for you and you can't let go... Because you love them. Not to mention that in 9 out of 10 cases if someone is bad for you they won't exactly be letting you go easy.

I still remember the day I bought the And Love Said No compilation cd. As soon as I heard this song, I knew I'd fall in love with HIM and their music. They've helped me get through some really bad times over the years, and I will be forever grateful ❤ I'm especially happy that Ville has brought new music out 😊

Him is beautiful love. A lot of people don't get that, the whole point of love is the beauty of it, the transgressions you make, the half drawn hearts desire, it's never complete. Him is ultimate. Even death will not free you from love. Nothing will, but it does die, a lot more often than you.

I think I heard other songs from friends, then bought this, which was my first & only HIM album that I own. This still remains one of my favourite ever HIM singles, I think it's incredibly underrated & one of his best.

I used to comment a lot back then on videos of HIM, and I started it again. lol I see you everywhere these days too, so I wanted to say hello, from an anon weirdo from a decade ago. I uploaded lots of stuff myself back then, lost that channel eventually but after a while I started to miss my old nickname. Heh, I guess my avatar did its job, scanned it from an ancient finnish newspaper article back in the day. Damn it is good to have Ville back in business, at least there's some valo (i.e. light) on the horizon.
