Out of these, I would say Kasol, Dharamshala and Spiti Valley are quite good for solo travelling, also treks around Manali are also quite good but you should join a trekking group if you want to go on any trek in that area

Finding snow in June is extremely rare but I would recommend Manali or Spiti Valley, they have slight chancee of snow

Yes Rohtang pass will have snow even in June but with a 4 year old baby you have to be careful because of the altitude

Its advisable to avoid visiting manali or any hill station during monsoon but June end is generally not risky. If the weather forecast doesn't predict heavy rainfall you can visit during June end but to avoid any risk, its better to visit during September or after
