For India, start project management consulting for smaller residential domestic solar, fee based. It will be huge benefits to indian solar consumers, who get stuck with sub standard installs otherwise ,as every installer has started using "my top quality" ,word without know how. There is a huge gap.

Hi , I have 2 kw solar panels with 4.2 inverter . At small loads i.e 200-300 watts there is no issue with earth light on digital meter . But when I connect heavy load 500 watts & above then meter gives earth light On . What can b the reason ?

Very informative bro. I have on question, hope you will answer. What is the life of chemical earthing ? In my plant I have seen after few years in chemical earthing we are not getting earth resistance below 3 or 1 ohm so at that time what to do? Can we pour water, salt charcoal in chemical earthing if values are high ??? If not then should we add chemical compound mixture again ??

Usually in this case we fill the pit with rocksalt mix water more than 15L the resistance value goes down again , it's the only way

Good information sir.... But nowhere in chemical compound used Rock salt sir... Because it corrodes the earthing electrode... Most of the manufacturer using earthing minerals like bentonite etc mixed in appropriate composition to make it as effective compound...

Nice video. In a Mumbai highrise there is no space to bring GI STRIP to earthing pit. We suggested to Discom about using copper wire instead of strip. Can we use copper wire instead of GI strip. If yes is there a scientific explanation. Plant size is 40kw

yes, of course the explanation depends solely on resistance of the conductor and its current carrying capacity under short term conditions. typically GI strip is used as it is easier to route and is much cheaper. Be sure to use at least 75 sqmm copper or 120 sqmm aluminum wire wit UV resistant insulation.
