At 32:13 what uncle ji is showing is Kodhra. It's a grain. In Sikh history guru Nanak dev ji rejected Malik Bhago's Pakwaans and ate Bhai Lalo's Kodhrey ki roti. In that times kodhra was a food of poor people. It's rich in fiber. Now a days it's quite expensive wrt other grains like wheat.

Both the Dodra and Kwar villages are picturesque and idyllic. It looks something out of the paintings. I can imagine myself spending at least a month or more in these villages.
