Ladka Muslim aur Ladki Hindu hain to shaadi ko shaadi nahi maana jayega kyuki Islamic law ke hisaab se muslim kisi aise insaan se shaadi nahi kar sakte Jo murthi ki puja ya aag ki puja karte hai (Hindu, Christian and parsi). Marriage is invalid. Ladki ko muslim mein convert karna padega aur muslim dharm apnana padega.

Lower court judges must be punished for such judgements as delay is there in justice already and decision too is reverted by HC . Clearly it means..either lower court is worng or HC is wrong and .....such two institutions cannot exist in same society that too for justice..
