Thanks for such an explanatory video .. But kindly look into the explanation of section 26. Under section 26 , the children born after the conversion of any hindu will be disqualified and not the person himself.

Sir, I have one question regarding the right of Hindu widow lady under Hindu succession act-1956. In one Hindu family, Suppose his name is "A" . A (A is died) have two kids 1. One Son his Name is "B" & 2. One Daughter her Name is "C". B got married with "D" in the year 1945 and he died in 1948 but not have any heir/Kids. "D" (Widow Lady) sold ancestral properties in 1951 and "D" also died in 1955 I.e. before Hindu succession Act-1956 implemented. Hence the question is , Is properties sold by " D" (Widow lady) is Valid?? Thank you and looking forward your valuable advice on this regards.

One query, if my father expired and he had self owned property on his name. His legal heirs are grandmother, mother, son My grandmother expired after 1 year after his son so legal heirs left now son and mom. Now question is as partition has not been done yet as property is still on my father name . Can grandmother make an will in his lifetime or not ? As partition is not done yet be remember and thanks to please answer this

There is two sons of the parents. In a case where the parents of a son refuse to transfer the property to his son A , Can the son A own his father's property if he left his father's home and living in his wife's home? if no then will the other son (B) be only the owner of the property of his father?

Dear Sir, My son passed away last year and he had insurance policy of 25 lakh rupees, and nominee was his wife and she has taken away all the money saying she is nominee in policy. As a mother under Hindu succession act and as a legal heir do I get half of the share in insurance. Please advice. Thanks.
