Hino 300 Series Truck Tipper.
We headed out to City Hino in Sydney's West to test drive a Hino 300 Truck with a Tip tray on the back.
The Hino 300 is a great small truck, and suitable for many different applications.

We have 300 series hino in Pakistan. It is 8.9 ton pass by company. But there is main problem in this vehicle is when we put more weight on it like 12plus tons it breaks the excel tube.

Well here’s a wild idea. Don’t exceed max weight truck is designed for !

Re: it breaks the excel tube One reason is that the mounting frame isn't ended correctly (looks like it) -> 5:57 . You cant just install it with a straight cut like for this truck. It should end with some tapering, at least 30 degrees cut or some profile cut or slot, to avoid stress points. The connection to the chassis frame should also be flexible there in the front.
