Hintertux is the most spectacular resort what I ever seen in Austria .its really great .From switzerland is zermatt

No I thing Arlberg is way better but during the summer hintertux is the best one

Yes, it has varity of slopes and dry snow and not too crowded. Nice after ski as well.
