Great video for anyone that has a business another way you can keep a employee interested in working for your business is pay them so much to wash a car have a set price for everything your business does for a customer? Example I put seamless gutters up for a living and was payed by the ft. I basically as the guy I worked with try how I wanted to do it one day. If it was faster he would buy me lunch. But if he felt it wasn’t working out and it was taking longer I would be buying lunch all week. What we accomplished was we were 6months behind and we were caught up in 6 weeks we were caught up and we had more time after work.

Employees are the secret sauce of protection of and growth of the business. Stakeholders are highly motived to satify the customers thus building the financial performance. Yvan has hands on experience and vast product competence. I owe a great debt of respect to this guru. His pragmatic recommendations are bombs of Golden Nuggets.

I need to hopefully make this meeting one of these years. Yvan is a fountain of knowledge, he knows what he's doing. Yvan knows how to engage his audience and keeps them engaged. Meanwhile very respectful and humble. I felt engaged this whole video, I hope everyone enjoyed! Yvan thank you for your time and this video

@@Detailers-Business-Academy in my neighborhood all I see are jobs for detailing. Something I'd love to start with but nobody has what you're talking about Yvan. I want to eventually own a business, but I want to grow first if that makes sense.

Yvan. I like to thank you for everything you have taught me so far. Everyday I learn more about the business side of detailing because of you. Coming this spring I’m going to start my own business and I hope to be successful if can more than you. Theres nothing more that I could ask for. You rock Yvan! Management (NOT a boss) is key. Everyone, if done "right", will operate as a well oiled machine. Also, it hard to avoid friendship, but as long as the manager makes it clear there is a separation, all is well and most of the greatest employees will understand and respect it.

When you say wash, dry and have vehicle ready for polish in 20 min Is that with cleaning the rims, tires and fender wells also?

@@JrsAutoSpa Yvan shows how to do it in a verity of ways second he tells you how and 3rd thing he recommends is videoing your self detailing the vehicle so you can go back and review what you may be doing wrong weather you might be going over something twice or if the bucket is to far away and your taking to many steps to get it done. You could be doing something first that shouldn’t be done first like blowing stuff out from under the seats as a example. When doing a detailing job you to start at the top and work down and work from the back forward or forward to the back. Don’t jump around.
