@@shidosetsuna I do agree, I can literally recognize Sawano in any piece he makes. It's that unique style he keeps repeating but makes every piece so different. Also, I agree with the original comment too, we can hear hints of AOT and Guilty Crown He's kinda like Hans Zimmer in that regard

@@shepherdofmemories Amen to that. After discovering Girls und Panzer, I pulled the same thing with Warthunder. played British Grenadiers while using a Chromwell I in arcade mode. got 16 kills and 1 death (thank you kamikaze naval bomber).

It's funny how this great instrumental hypes everyone for the picture (I'm sure Azure Lane is an epic game, I sadly haven't had the chance to play it). But almost noone acknowledges the amazing Anime/Manga this music is from 😂 Rip. Owari no seraph/Seraph of the end is an amazing Anime, so check it out if you haved already, you might like it.

The song sounds like a villain is reigning fire on a city of some importance and it's all going to hell in a handbasket but the heroes are just arriving on the scene and by the end of the song, they've won a huge battle. Not the war, but they've won big time. The picture, on the other hand, looks like the war was one and the troops have gone home and the ruler of the winning side has arrived and they are celebrating in the fallen capital.

Ironically, this reminds me of attack on titan, specifically the part where [spoiler alert] Rod reiss transformed into a giant titan. And not just that scene, but the whole scene right until eren (and friends?) Was able to defeat him just before the titan was able to destroy the wall. Damn I miss those times where AoT was just your simple humans vs. monsters kind of trope...

This is the first time i recognized a composer(author?) from his music. I watched Thunderbolt Fantasy and I thought, "hmm, this guy (girl?) sounds like the music from that show" and sure enough he composed some of the most memorable songs from that show.
