The look on his face at the end, it said, “where am I, who am I, and just WTF happened to me?” 🤭😂🤣. I’ve only had one chiro who didn’t leave me sore and unable to move. She had me feeling whole again after a years worth of treatment. She relocated my coccyx, straightened out my back, shoulders, neck, and even added a 1/2” to my right leg (I was so misaligned). She is my forever hero!

Slight rounding is completly normal, if it an upper crossed syndrome this wont help u much cuz its your muscles that are puling your spine the wrong way, so u need to work on those, this will only releave ur pain for a short while
