His World is such a cool song! The way it blends rock, orchestral, and rap elements all in one song is truly amazing. I'm so glad I was able to get my good friend ‪@StudioNicktendo‬ to hop on the track for this one and I can't wait to release some more bangers!

His World is awesome, I specifically love the Zebrahead version, but the one used in the game is just as great! But to me, no song can top Undefeatable, but His World is a very VERY strong contender.

@knuckles0369 some people like to feel included, especially when you live your whole life surrounded by others like you who may not share your interests, seeing people of your culture engaging in your interests is a breath of fresh air. of course a black fan of metal will feel validated seeing another fan of metal who is black, considering it’s a genre with a predominantly white community. it’s not about racism or anything necessarily, it’s just about the joy in seeing others of your race and culture enjoying it the way you do

@@Hountr64 Actually you'd be surprised. There isn't that many covers of the original version of this song and instead most of them are just covers of other versions of his world. In my opinion the reason why this cover is so good is because you've taken the original song and expanded upon it upon it. So thank you.

This brought back the nostalgia for anticipating this game before it was released, when the song was first released and we all listened to it on repeat, eager to finally play the game. Yeah, it's a shame the game turned out poorly, but I think stuff like this made it worth it.

This is going to sound weird, but while Crush 40’s arrangement is good, your version feels more “Crush 40” than Crush 40’s version. The scale-riffs and leads feel like something akin to the ‘Open Your Heart’ and ‘Live and Learn’ vibes. In other words, good stuff. Loved the expansion on the solo too

I really liked this, but although I'm not sure I know the right way to say it, I wanted to say it sounds a lil off in some parts. Like, I think the music and rapping sound perfect. No notes. They are doing something a bit different but in a great way. The rap doesn't sound like a carbon copy of the old one and feels harder in the way it's belted out in some way, which I feel fits the new way the song sounds. But the singing sounds a bit more similar to the older versions of the song and are like. Higher? I guess higher in pitch? Lighter in tone? Something like that, but that doesn't completely match the backing music at some points I feel, it doesn't sound bad but kinda off. Overall though this is a great cover! I just noticed that and figure I should mention it cause some artists on the internet I know want critiques.

It's all good I respect the critique! For some insight I believe I rewrote the whole song a half step down from the original (might have been a whole step I don't remember lol) and I also completely changed the chord structure of the song to give it a better tension/release structure. When I originally had sent it to nick to see if he would be interested he sent me back these really cool harmonies that I also stacked on top of and it gave a really cool 11 sus 4 chord tone. I never changed my guitars to reflect the chord stack, but I enjoyed the sound they created. I hope that helped and thanks for the feedback!

Lol it's all good I appreciate the advice. When I listen to the original master of the song the vocals are more pronounced. I'm wondering if it might have been a down mixing error when I uploaded it to KZfaq though. I'll definitely look into it and I'm glad you liked the content!
